The Dultz/Dulc/Doichek family from Nowy Dwor, Poland
Yetta Altstein Dultz and Samuel Dultz |
On May 28, 1880, in Nowy Dwor, Jenta Jejdla Altsztejn, my grandmother's sister, married Szmul Doichek, son of Yitzchak and Nehama Bryda Lazerovich. Hyman was their son. |
I first became aware of the Dultz family when, at my mother's funeral, May 30, 2012, my paternal cousin Claire Supovitz Gloven identified Hymie Dultz in a photo I had scanned from her mother's collection. After some research, in June I ordered and received Hyman's death certificate. In July I found the 1913 manifest for the US arrival of Chaim (Hyman) and Icze and received Hyman & Millie's marriage record. A month later I found the manifest for Sam, Yetta, and Braindle. In October I ordered Yetta's Death Certificate. More recently I began pestering people about the identity of J Cooper in Aunt Fanny Supovitz's address book: See more Dultz pix on Yetta Altstein Family photos page |

Yitzchak (Isaac) Dultz and Nehama Bryda/Brana Lazerovich/Leizerov/Leibor |
On November 29, 2012 I received a message vis JewishGen Family Finder from Robbie Lert, who was a Dultz descendant vigorously researching the family. |
Over the years Robbie shared her research and speculated that her great grandfather Wolf might be a brother to Samuel. I pressed her to order his death certificate. On April 11, 2017 it arrived: |
